Alan Banov, has practiced labor and employment law since 1971 and started his own practice in 1980.

Alan has been mediating since 1994 for the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights since 1998 for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and since 2019 for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. At present he is principally mediating through Zoom.
